Screen time apps are too easy to override in the heat of the moment. Sphere adds intentional friction with a physical Pod, so the “key” to unlock your distractions is not on you. When you leave the Pod physically out of reach, reconnecting to your apps requires deliberate intent, which reduces impulse overrides and helps you stick to your plan.

Your purchase includes the Sphere Pod hardware. The Sphere app is offered as a subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks all features and ongoing improvements. You will see current pricing and any free trial options in the App Store when you sign up, and you can cancel anytime.

Yes. We ship to most countries and provide delivery estimates and costs at checkout once you enter your address. Where available, duties and taxes are prepaid in the cart; if they are not shown, your local customs office may collect them on delivery. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Sphere works with iPhone on iOS 16.2 or later. Android support is in development; you can join the waitlist from our website to be notified when it is available.

On iPhone, you can block the vast majority of apps and websites. The only two exceptions include system-critical apps such as the call or contacts apps, which remain available to comply with Apple’s policies.

You can also block websites in Safari, including categories and specific sites that Apple supports. You can create customizable modes—like Work, Study, or Sleep—with different block or allow lists and optional schedules.

If you misplace your Sphere Pod, you can use a maximum of three emergency unlocks inside the app for true emergencies. Not one more. You can also unlink a lost Pod from your account and pair a replacement. As a last resort, deleting the app will remove blocks due to platform behavior; if you reinstall later, you will need to re-enable permissions and pair your Pod again.

No. Your block and allow lists, mode names, and schedules are stored on your device and securely synced to your Sphere account, allowing you to recover your setup or use multiple Pods. We do not have access to any of your data, including your messages, photos, emails, or the content inside your apps. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Multiple iPhones can use the same Pod as long as the account remains the same.

You can download the Sphere app from the App Store through this link: with-sphere.com/app. When prompted, grant the permissions that allow the app to enforce your block settings. Next, tap your phone to the Sphere Pod to pair it. Create your first mode by choosing the apps or sites you want blocked (or, if you prefer, the few you want to allow).
